Richard Fernandez, President

Richard Fernandez came to BID Milton in 2017 from Brigham and Women's Health Care, where he was responsible for the strategy, operations and financial performance of the ambulatory services program. His previous position was as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Steward Medical Group, where he was responsible for the strategic direction and management of the hospital-employed physician groups and management service organization. An experienced health care leader, Mr. Fernandez has an extensive background in developing ambulatory care programs, leading capital facility projects and managing physician networks.

Andrea Connors, Director of Meditech Ancillary Applications, BILH IT System Services

Andrea Connors joined BID Milton in 2007. Prior to her role as Director of Meditech Ancillary Applications, BILH IT System Services, Andrea held leadership roles at Meditech and eScription (now Nuance), where she showcased her expertise across hospital information technology support, implementation and project management. Andrea received her degree in computer information systems from Bentley University.

Lynn Cronin, MSN, RN, CNL; Vice President of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer

Lynn Cronin joined BID Milton (then Milton Hospital) in 1987, and has held nursing positions throughout the hospital during her career. A native of the United Kingdom, Lynn worked as a midwife in the UK before coming to the US. She earned both her BSN and MSN at Curry College, Milton. Prior to serving as the Chief Nursing Officer, Ms. Cronin has held leadership positions including Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor, and Director of Informatics.

Angela Fenton, Vice President Of Ambulatory & Clinical Services

Angela Fenton joined BID Milton in 2012. Prior to her role as Vice President of Ambulatory & Clinical Services, Angela held roles as Director of Operations of the Center for Specialty Care and Senior Director of Clinical Integration. Angela has a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and dual Master's Degrees in Mental Health and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine and is a member of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.

Cheryl Freed Loew, MBA; Vice President/Human Resources Business Partner

Prior to assuming the role of Vice President/Human Resources Business Partner, Cheryl Freed Loew held roles with BID Milton as Director of Learning and Development, interim Human Resources Manager and Senior Director of Human Resources. Previously, Cheryl was the Director of Organizational Effectiveness for Boston Medical Center. She received a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics from Douglass College, Rutgers University and a Master's of Business Administration in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

David Hyman, Vice President of Philanthropy

David Hyman joined BID Milton in April, 2019. He possesses more than 15 years of fundraising experience, including five years working for the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center's Philanthropy Office. During his time with the medical center, David was a Senior Major Gifts Officer and Director of Development for Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham.

Sheilah Rangaviz, Chief Financial Officer

Sheilah Rangaviz is a seasoned healthcare financial executive with a deep understanding of hospital and medical group finance. Sheilah’s expertise in staffing productivity, revenue cycle, and metric-driven dashboards complements her ability to lead analyses in new business lines with an understanding of the integration into the healthcare delivery system. Prior to joining BID Milton, Sheilah served as the Vice President of Financial Operations at Prospect Medical Holdings.

Chi Chang Daniel “Danny” Siao, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Chi Chang Daniel “Danny” Siao assumed the position of Chief Medical Officer of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton in August 2023. He has been affiliated with BID Milton for the last 15 years. He has held many leadership roles at the hospital, most recently serving as the President of the Medical Staff, Director of the Hospitalist Program, Co-chair of the DEI Committee, as well as Physician Advisor. Dr. Siao is a Harvard Medical Faculty Physician.
