The hospital was among the first in the greater Boston area to offer the da vinci surgical platform for robotic-assisted minimally invasive prostate surgery.
Today, urologists at the hospital perform advanced MRI-guided prostate biopsies to enhance the accuracy of tissue sampling as well as laser prostate surgery and laser lithotripsy procedures to break up kidney stones.
