Sleep disorders are a common medical condition that can negatively impact a person’s health and quality of life. Between 50 and 70 million Americans are estimated to have some type of sleep disorder.  In addition to feeling tired during the day, people with sleep disorders are at an increased risk for auto accidents, poor job performance, depression, high blood pressure -  even strokes and heart attacks!

Take this simple quiz to see if you may suffer from a sleep disorder. If you answer “yes” to any of these questions, you may have a sleep disorder and should speak to your doctor.
