MySite Patient portal is a free, secure online resource that gives you easy access to your health records.
Important Announcement About Accessing MySite
To continue accessing your health records for visits prior to October 1, 2018, you must log on or enroll in the ORIGINAL MySite account.

For hospital visits and appointments after October 1, 2018, you must sign up for the NEW MySite Patient Portal to view your health records. To register for the NEW MySite, have your medical record number ready. To obtain your medical record number, contact Patient Portal Support at 617-313-1278 or email@example.com, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Be sure to specify whether you are referring to the NEW or ORIGINAL MySite.
About the MySite Update
The NEW MySite gives you 24/7 access your health records from any of our three community hospitals: BID-Milton, BID-Needham and BID-Plymouth. Use MySite to access:
- Laboratory and imaging results
- Medication information
- Your health summary
- History of visits and discharge information after October 1, 2018
Download the MHealth App
Easily and securely access your health information from your smartphone! Download “MEDITECH MHealth”, a free app available through the Apple Store and Google Play.
After downloading the app, make sure your phone’s location services are turned on and choose Beth Israel Lahey Health Milton from the list of nearby hospitals.
