Community Tracing
If you test positive for COVID-19, the Massachusetts Community Tracing Collaborative will connect you with support and resources through quarantine. With your help, the COVID Community Team will also identify and reach out via phone and text anyone you’ve been in contact with to trace and contain the virus.
The COVID Community Team will call using an area code of 833 or 857 and your phone will say the call is from “MA COVID Team.” PLEASE ANSWER THE CALL. It is important to protecting the health of those you have come in contact with and to preventing the spread of COVID-19.
