The Admitting Department ("Patient Registration') is located on the first floor of the hospital at the new Highland entrance.
When you are going to be admitted to the BID-Milton, you or a family member will be interviewed privately by one of our admitting representatives. At this time, you will be asked to provide or update your personal information, such as ethnicity, preferred language, and the names of your emergency contacts. It is very important to bring your insurance cards and identification, and also inform us of any changes in your insurance.
When the admission process is complete, we will guide you to the appropriate patient care unit. Your room assignment is dependent on bed availability and the reason for your hospitalization. We make every attempt to address any personal preferences.
