MILTON, Mass., November 16, 2022 – Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Milton (BID Milton) received an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group. This national distinction celebrates BID Milton’s achievements in protecting hospital patients from preventable harm and errors.
