DIETARY SERVICES Cafe Associate FT Performs a variety of duties serving employees and guests of the hospital coffee kiosk. Performs the duties of cashier, greeting customers, taking guest orders preparing and delivering coffee and non-coffee products.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Previous retail or other customer services experience preferred.  Ability to multi task in a fast packed environment.
DIETARY SERVICES Cook FT Will be responsible for the production of food
for patients, staff and special functions.  Must be able to demonstrate techniques of using standardized recipes and sanitary food handling practices.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Servsafe Certified preferred. Previous hospital
experience preferred.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES Environmental Service Asst. PER DIEM High school diploma or equivalent.  Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare facility is preferred.
HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES File Clerk PT 16 hours per week, flexible hours.  Creates new medical records and retrieves existing medical records by gathering appropriate record folders and contents. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge. Medical terminology and hospital experience preferred. 
HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES MySite Navigator PT 20 hours per week.  Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm.  Assists patients in enrolling the My Site
Patient Portal (provides patients with electronic access to their health information on line and on demand).  Run a daily census, track patients that she/he has assisted and ensure the Hospital
meets the Meaningful Use requirement.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Associates degree preferred. Current or recent work experience in a medical facility, hospital preferred.  Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES Transcriptionist PER DIEM Sundays and to cover for vacations. On-site transcriptionist.  High school graduate or equivalent. Certified Medical Transcriptionist preferred. Minimum of one year transcribing reports for an inpatient setting.
HEALTHCARE QUALITY Infection Prevention Manager PT 32 hours per week.  May require occasional off –shift, weekends and on-call.  Will facilitate and coordinate all activities identified in the organization’s infection prevention program.  This position is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory agency expectations and to respond to current evident-based practices pertaining to Infection Prevention.  MA RN license and Bachelors’ Degree in Nursing, Microbiology or related science required, Master’s degree in Nursing, Education or Epidemiology re related field preferred.  Current in or eligible for Certification Infection Control (CIC).
LABORATORY MT/MLT FT Full Time evenings.  Minimum of two years hospital clinical lab experience required.  Nationally recognized certification, ASCP as a Medical Lab Technician or NCA as a Clinical Laboratory Technician.
LABORATORY Phlebotomist FT/PT/PER DIEM Full Time days, Part time evenings and Per Diem. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Phlebotomy training program.  Hospital experience preferred.
LABORATORY Pathology Assistant PER DIEM Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Science of
qualified as a Pathology Assistant.  Minimum of two years prior experience in a hospital setting preferred.
PHARMACY Pharmacist PT Evenings. 4:00-9:00pm.  MA RPH required.  Prior hospital pharmacy experience and
knowledge of Meditech and Pyxsis preferred. 
Minimum of one years’ experience required.
RADIOLOGY Ultrasound Technologist PT Part time, evenings.  Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Sonography. ARDMS required.  RVT preferred. MA license. 3-5 years experience
RADIOLOGY Cat Scan Technologist PT/PER DIEM Friday and Saturday night shift, 11pm-7:30am.  Graduate of an accredited Radiologic program and MA license required.  Must have advanced CT certification from ARRT.  Minimum of one year’s experience.  
RADIOLOGY Cardiac Sonographer PER DIEM Days on the weekends.  Associates degree and/or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification is required. At least two years of clinical experience and CPR certification
required.  Vascular experience considered
an asset.
RADIOLOGY Mammography Tech PER DIEM Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology
program and has a current MA license and registered with ARRT.  Minimum of 3 years Mammography experience preferred.
RADIOLOGY Radiologic Tech PER DIEM Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology
program and has a current MA license and registered with ARRT.  Minimum of 3 years Radiologic experience.
REHAB SERVICES Occupational Therapist PER DIEM Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a MA license.  1-2 years’  experience preferred.

Leadership position that will provide support for the staff nurses on the medical/surgical floors and to the unit Nurse Manager.  Will manage patient assignments, rounds on the nursing staff continuously throughout the day and assist with patient care as needed.  Serves as a clinical resource to staff on the unit and work closely with Nurse Manager to identify educational needs of staff.  MA license, BSN preferred, BLS, ACLS and at least two years med/surg experience.

CENTRAL STERILE Central Sterile Aide FT Graduate of accredited Central Supply/Central Sterilization program.  Experience preferred.  Will also consider a Surgical Technician who has experience working in a Central Sterile/Central Sterilization Department.
EMERGENCY Nursing Assistant  PT Part time, days/nights with weekends and holidays.  BLS required.  Acute care experience preferred.
EMERGENCY RN  FT/PT Full time and Part Time evenings/nights, weekends and holidays.  PALS, ACLS, BLS and excellent critical care thinking skills required.  ED experience required.  MA license. BSN preferred.
ENDOSCOPY RN PT/PER DIEM BLS, ACLS, MA license required.  BSN preferred. Minimum of two years medical/surgical, outpatient and GI nursing preferred. Current IV skill preferred. 
NURSING FLOAT RN PER DIEM Current MA license.  BSN preferred.  1-2 years acute care experience.
NURSING FLOAT Nursing Assistant PER DIEM Available shifts on days/evening/nights/weekends.  Acute care experience preferred.
NURSING SUPPORT Staffing Coordinator FT Will be responsible for the daily update of the
ANSOS system; appropriate staffing of the units based upon the approved staffing patterns and maintain effective communication with the nurse managers.  Daily management of staffing input of monthly unit schedules staff nursing vacancies when call-ins occur manages the scheduling of nursing education, including BLS and ACLS and maintains primary verification of all professional licenses.  High school diploma required.   One –two year’s scheduling preferred, ANSOS experience a plus.  Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH RN PER DIEM Current MA license.  BSN preferred.  3-5 years  experience preferably in Occupational Health. 
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH Secretary FT Days with opportunity for on-call drug and alcohol testing.  Performs receptionist, clerical, billing and secretarial duties to support the Occupational Health
Department.  Equivalent to a graduate of an Associate’s Degree Program in secretarial or related field plus minimum of one year related experience.  Excellent
computer and interpersonal skills required. 
OPERATING ROOM Surgical Technician FT/PER DIEM Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited surgical technology program. Minimum of 2 years experience.
PRE-ADMISSION TESTING RN FT MA RN license.5 years med/surg or critical care experience.
SURGICAL SERVICES Physician Assistant FT Will be a clinical provider and team member for
the treatment and management of the surgical patients in the pre, peri and post-operative setting primarily covering patients of BID-Milton physicians.  Responsible for initial assessment and admission of patients; to assist in the evaluation and preparation  of patients for surgery, to act as first/second assistant in the OR and to care for patients following surgery.  BA/BS degree and a graduate of a Physician Assistant program.  Current
licensure in good standing by the Mass Board of Physicians Assistant and must apply and be approved for credentialing. Minimum of one years’ experience as a Surgical Physician Assistant required. Current ACLS & ATLS.
