Patient Relation Manager who will implement, coordinate and participate in a variety of patient and family relations activities and efforts to support patient’s rights and provide advocacy assistance with clinical, educational or
administrative issues and services. Responsible and accountable to improve patient/family experience and support various patient experience initiatives. Serve as a liaison between patients and the organization’s administration, staff and physician to coordinate and investigate, review and facilitate resolution of patient complaints. Bachelors’ degree in healthcare, human services or related field required, Masters preferred. 5-7 years relevant experience in healthcare and at least two years’ experience in patient relations in an acute care hospital.
|HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES||Clinical Documentation Specialist||FT||Will work in collaboration with the Clinical
Documentation Management Program team of clinicians, Physicians, Physicians Assistant and Nurse Practitioners to ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in the medical record. Graduate from a Registered Nurse program, BSN preferred. Current MA license. Minimum of 5
years clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting. Computer proficiency in Meditech preferred.
|HEALTHCARE QUALITY||Infection Prevention Manager||PT||32 hours per week. May require occasional off –shift, weekends and on-call. Will facilitate and coordinate all activities identified in the organization’s infection prevention program. This position is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory agency expectations and to respond to current evident-based practices pertaining to Infection Prevention. MA RN license and Bachelors’ Degree in Nursing, Microbiology or related science required, Master’s degree in Nursing, Education or Epidemiology re related field preferred. Current in or eligible for Certification Infection Control (CIC).|

Responsible for initial assessment and admission of patients; to assist in the evaluation and preparation of patients for surgery, to act as first/second assistant in the OR and to care for patients following surgery. BA/BS degree and a graduate of a Physician Assistant program. Current licensure in good standing by the Mass Board of Physicians Assistant and must apply and be approved for credentialing.
